Instagram data
You can remove your Instagram data in either of these ways. Both delete your Instagram access tokens and the Instagram profile and insight data we stored from your account.
In Inscend: go to My Profile → Connected Accounts and choose Disconnect. The data is deleted straight away.
In Instagram: open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, find Inscend and remove it. Instagram tells us, and we automatically delete your Instagram data and anonymise the personal details on your Inscend account. You get a confirmation code you can use on this page.
Your whole account
To delete your Inscend account and all its personal data, email us from the address you signed up with at team@inscend.app with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (such as invoices and tax records).
Checking a request
If you removed Inscend from Instagram, the link Instagram gave you opens this page with your confirmation code shown at the top. The deletion is done as soon as we receive the request. For any question about a request, email team@inscend.app with your confirmation code.
